TO : THE OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE METROPOLITAN AND CITY JUDGES ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (MeTCJAP)

SUBJECT: 19 TH NATIONAL CONVENTION ON 20 TO 22 SEPTEMBER 2017 IN LEGAZPI CITY, ALBAY

The Metropolitan and City Judges Association of the Philippines (MeTCJAP) will hold its 19 th National Convention with the theme "Judicial Office: A Public Trust" at the La Piazza Hotel and Convention Center, Imelda Roces Avenue, Legazpi City, Albay, on 20 to 22 September 2017.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the convention on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS , chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are duly notified of any cancelled hearings:

The authority shall be for three (3) days only including travel time.

Judge Belen G. Salespara-Carasig, Secretary General of the MeTCJAP, shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, a report on the conduct of the convention with the list of judges who attended it within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
