SUBJECT:

RECOLLECTION FOR VISAYAS AND MINDANAO RTC JUDGES ON MARCH 14, 2005 AT CEBU CITY

The Philippine Judges Association will hold a Recollection for the Visayas and Mindanao RTC Judges on March 14, 2005 ( 8:00 A.M.- 4:00 P.M. ) at the Holy Family Retreat House, Nivel Hills, Lahug, Cebu City .

All First and Second Level Court Judges from the Visayas and Mindanao who are interested in attending this activity are authorized to attend the same on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds, if authorized and available but subject to prior written authority from their respective Executive Judges.

The President of the Philippine Judges Association shall submit to this Office a complete report on the activity within ten (10) days after it is held, together with a certified list of participants.
