T O : THE CONCERNED EXECUTIVE JUDGES AND JUDGES OF THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS COURTS

SUBJECT : LIVE-IN SEMINAR FOR EXECUTIVE JUDGES AND JUDGES OF THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS COURTS, AT THE CAYLABNE BAY RESORT, TERNATE, CAVITE ON SEPTEMBER 24 TO 25, 1998.

The Intellectual Property Foundation (IPF) in cooperation with the Office of the Court Administrator, Supreme Court and with the assistance of the Asia Foundation, Inc. and COMPACT, will sponsor a live-in seminar for executive judges of the Regional Trial Courts in cities with many Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) - related cases, as well as for the judges who are designated to try and decide cases involving violations of Intellectual Property Rights, at the Caylabne Bay Resort, Ternate, Cavite, on September 24 to 25, 1998.

An airconditioned bus shall be provided for the participants at the Supreme Court compound on September 23, 1998 and will leave at 2:00 p.m. The same transport will be available on September 26,1998 at 9:00 a.m.
