We advise that Bangko Sentral Registration Document (BSRD) No. (DE) 97-0339 dated June 30, 1997 covering the foreign equity investment of BankAmerica International Financial Corp. and its nominees in BA Card Services, Inc. has been reported lost.
Abovementioned registration document should not be honored when presented for capital repatriation or profit remittances pursuant to Section 40 of CB Circular 1389 dated April 13, 1993.
