SUBJECT : SUSPENSION OF ATTY. ARTURO CEFRA FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW FOR ONE (1) YEAR

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the Decision dated 28 January 2013 of the Second Division in Administrative Case No. 5530, entitled "Spouses Arcing and Cresing Bautista, et al. v. Atty. Arturo Cefra," to wit:

WHEREFORE, premises considered we find Atty. Arturo Cefra guilty of negligence, in violation of Rules 18.03 and 18.04 of the Code of Professional Responsibility. He is hereby SUSPENDED from the practice of law for one (1) year and STERNLY WARNED that a repetition of the same or similar offense will be dealt with more severely.

Per Registry Return Receipt No. 14391, respondent received a copy of the Decision dated 28 January 2013 on 14 March 2013.
