REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5707 - AN ACT CONVERTING THE BUCAY RURAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BUCAY, PROVINCE OF ABRA, TO A NATIONAL GENERAL HIGH SCHOOL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE BUCAY NATIONAL GENERAL HIGH SCHOOL.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The Bucay Rural High School in the Municipality of Bucay, Province of Abra, is hereby converted to a national general high school, to be known as the Bucay National General High School effective upon availability of funds.

SEC. 2. All personnel, equipment, records, supplies appropriations and other assets, as well as liabilities, of the Bucay Rural High School are hereby transferred to the Bucay National General High School.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
