REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8795 - AN ACT NAMING THE 2ND MANDAUE-MACTAN BRIDGE IN THE PROVINCE OF CEBU AS THE MARCELO B. FERNAN BRIDGE

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The 2 nd Mandaue-Mactan Bridge situated in the Province of Cebu is hereby named as the Marcelo B. Fernan Bridge.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
