AUTHORIZING THE PARTICIPATION OF SELECT OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES FROM THE DIFFERENT OFFICES OF THE SUPREME COURT IN THE PROCESS MANAGEMENT, CHANGE MANAGEMENT, AND ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE ROAD MAPPING

The Fostering Advancement of Inclusive and Rights-based Justice (FAIR Justice), in coordination with the Employee Training and Development Division , OAS, will conduct the program entitled Process Management, Change Management, and Enterprise Architecture Road Mapping at the Admiral Hotel , Manila from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on October 14-18 , 2024.

The program is customized for the Supreme Court of the Philippines' FAIR Justice Initiative. It aims to "equip the Supreme Court officials and employees, particularly process owners, with necessary tools to optimize their workflows by providing hands-on training on topics such as process modelling ,i analysis, and innovation, ICT strategies, enterprise architecture, and sound change management framework. It likewise aims to ensure effective governance and ownership of digital transformation initiatives by relevant stakeholders in judicial services.

The program will be sponsored by the FAIR Justice
