The Metropolitan Trial Court Judges Association of the Philippines- will be holding a Convention - Seminar on the theme "Crying Need of. the Hour - Speeding up the Wheels of Justice" for all judges of the Metropolitan Trial Courts on November 11 - .13, 1992, a.t the Manila Hotel.

All judges concerned are hereby authorized to attend the seminar on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to Local funds if authorized and available.
