NATIONAL OFFICERS AND QUEZON CHAPTER OFFICERS OF COURT STENOGRAPHIC REPORTERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILS., INC. (COSTRAPHIL) OF LUCENA CITY

SUBJECT:

DISTRIBUTION OF BUNDLE GIFTS (RELIEF GOODS) TO MEMBERS OF THE COURT STENOGRAPHIC REPORTERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES INC. (COSTRAPHIL) ON JANUARY 14, 2005 .

The National Officers and Quezon Chapter Officers of the Court Stenographic Reporters Association of the Philippines (COSTRAPHIL), shall distribute "bundle gifts (relief goods) to members of the association and other court employees of Real, Infanta and General Nakar, Quezon, who are victims of the calamity that devastated their area, on January 14, 2005 , at Infanta Quezon.

All concerned are hereby authorized to participate in the said activity on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from, the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Ms. Leticia B. Agbayani, National President, COSTR/ftPHIL shall submit to this Office a report on the attendance of those wlwassisted in the distribution of relief goods within ten (10) days from the date of the event.
