TO : THE CONCERNED MEMBERS AND LOCAL OFFICERS OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT EMPLOYEES IN REGION VI
SUBJECT : SPORTSFEST ON 23 TO 24 MARCH 2017 AT THE ILOILO SPORTS COMPLEX, MAGSAYSAY VILLAGE, LA PAZ, ILOILO CITY
The Philippine Association of Court Employees (PACE) Region VI will hold a Regional Sportsfest on 23 to 24 March 2017 at the Iloilo Sports Complex, Magsaysay Village, La Paz, Iloilo City.
The participants in the sportsfest and the PACE local officers are hereby authorized to attend the activities on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that the court calendars are properly managed, the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings, and a skeletal force remains in all courts/offices to attend to official business or transactions.
Mr. Hilario S. Cordero, Regional Director, PACE Region VI, .shall submit a report to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, on the conduct of the sportsfest with the complete list of all the court employees who participated in the activities within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
