ALL NATIONAL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE RTC CLERKS OF COURTS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES

SUBJECT:

INDUCTION OF OFFICERS AND 1 st REGULAR MEETING ON April 3 AND 4, 2003 AT THE 3 rd FLOOR OF THE OLD SUPREME COURT BUILDING TAFT AVENUE, MANILA

The RTC Clerks of Courts Association of the Philippines will hold its induction of officers and 1 st Regular Meeting on April 3 and 4, 2003 at the 3 rd Floor of the old Supreme Court Building, Taft Avenue, Manila.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said affair on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available but they should see to it that their attendance thereat shall not disrupt the court calendar and with prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to the Office within ten (10) days from the date of the affair.
