TO : ALL FTRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURT JUDGES AND CLERKS OF COURT IN THE PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN
SUBJECT : BENCH AND BAR DIALOGUE ON SEPTEMBER 6, 2013 AT THE TUGUEGARAO CITY HALL OF JUSTICE
The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Cagayan Chapter will conduct a Bench and Bar Dialogue on September 6, 2013, 1:00 P.M., at the Tuguegarao City Mall of Justice.
In connection therewith, all first -and second level court judges and clerks of court in the province of Cagayan are hereby authorized to attend the dialogue, on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that their court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.
Atty. Alexander P. Simeon, Jr., President of IBP Cagayan Chapter, shall submit a report regarding the conduct of the dialogue (including the complete list of judges and clerks of court who attended) to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within five (5) days from the conclusion thereof.
