SUBJECT:

JUDICIARY SHOOTFEST (PRECISION SHOOTING COMPETITION) ON JUNE 10, 2005 AT CAMP CRAME FIRING RANGE, QUEZON CITY FROM 10:00 A.M. UP TO 5:00 P.M.

The Philippine Judges Association will hold the Judiciary Shootfest (Precision Shooting Competition) at Camp Crame Firing Range, Quezon City, on June 10, 2005 from 10:00 A.M. up to 5:00 P.M.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the competition on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available but they should see to it that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

Judge Romeo F. Barza, President of the Association s hall submit a report on the attendance within ten (10) days after the said meeting.
