For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the Resolution of the Court En Banc dated 13 October 2015 in Administrative Case No. 6664, entitled "Ferdinand A. Samson vs. Atty. Edgardo O. Era," to wit:

The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Bar Confidant, to LIFT the order of suspension from the practice of law imposed on Atty. Edgardo 0. Era, as mandated in the Decision dated July 16, 2013, and ALLOW hi.m to resume his practice of law.
