AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF JUDGES CLERKS OF COURT AND BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT OF FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL TRIAL COURTS IN THE NATIONAL CAPITAL JUDICIAL REGION IN THE REGIONAL JUDICIAL CAREER ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM (LEVEL 3) - BATCH 1 UNDER THE AUSPICES OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDICIAL ACADEMY

To achieve a more effective delivery of public service and to promote the career growth of officials and personnel of the Judiciary, all Judges, Clerks of Court, and Branch Clerks of Court, of First and Second level Trial Courts in the National Capital Judicial Region, are enjoined to attend and participate in the Regional Judicial Career Enhancement Program (Level 3) under the auspices of the Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), to be held from 24 to 26 November 2004 at the Manila Pavilion Hotel, United Nations Avenue corner Maria Orosa Street, Manila.

Sessions for Judges, Clerks of Court and Branch Clerks of Court who are members of the Bar will be for three days from 24 to 26 November 2004 while sessions for Clerks of Court and Branch Clerks of Court who are not members of the Bar will be for one and one-half days from 24 to 25 November 2004.

The participating Judges are hereby directed to organize a skeletal force in their respective courts during the Regional Seminar.

Attendance in this Seminar is MANDATORY and shall be on OFFICIAL TIME.
