SUBJECT: Forced Annual Vacation Leave of Absence
Quoted hereunder, for the information and guidance, is Memorandum Circular No. 22, s. 1987 of the Civil Service Commission, amending Memorandum Circular No. 6, s. 1986 of the same Commission concerning the annual vacation leave of absence of all government officers and employees:
SUBJECT: Annual Five-Day Vacation Leave Under EO No.1077
"The Annual 5-day vacation leave required under Executive Order No. 1077 is considered complied with when an officer or employees goes on approved vacation leave within a calendar year for a period aggregating no less than five (5) days which need not be successive.
"This Memorandum Circular amends the pertinent portion of MC No. 6, s 1986."
