CREATION OF A SUB-COMMITTEE ON E-COMMERCE UNDER THE COMMITTEE ON THE REVISION OF THE RULES OF COURT

Upon the recommendation of Mr. Justice Reynato S. Puno, Chairman of the Committee on the Revision of the Rules of Court, a Sub-Committee on E-Commerce under the Committee on the Revision of the Rules of Court is hereby created which shall study Republic Act 8792 otherwise known as the "E-Commerce Law" and make appropriate recommendations on the rules to implement it.

The Sub-Committee shall be composed of the following:

Chairman-Convenor: Hon. Jesus M. Elbinias Presiding Justice (retired), Court of Appeals

Vice-Chairman: Arty. Ivan John E. Uy Chief, Management and Information Systems Office, Supreme Court

Members: Mr. Augusto C. Lagman Mr. Albert P. De La Cruz Atty. Rodolfo Noel S. Quimbo Atty. Jesus M. Disini, Jr. Atty. Claro V. Parlade Atty. Rex Bernardo L. Pascual Atty. Ma. Theresa N. Enriquez

The Committee on Revision of the Rules of Court shall have control and supervision over the Sub-Committee, and shall implement this Administrative Circular.

This Administrative Circular shall take effect upon its issuance.
