SUBJECT: DISBARMENT OF ATTY. EDUARDO C. DE VERA

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the Resolution of the Court En Bane dated 23 November 2010, in Administrative Case No. 5859, entitled "Atty. Carmen Leonor M. Alcantara, et al. vs. Atty. Eduardo C. De Vera," to wit:

" WHEREFORE , respondent Atty. Eduardo C. De Vera is hereby DISBARRED from the practice of law effective immediately upon his receipt of this Resolution."

No motion for reconsideration was filed by the respondent despite receipt on 14 December 2010 of the aforesaid resolution, thru, authorized agent, Julius De Vera.
