TO : THE OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE FIRST LEVEL CLERKS OF COURT ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (FLECCAP), INC.

SUBJECT : CONVENTION AND SEMINAR ON 27 TO 29 NOVEMBER 2018 IN GENERAL SANTOS CITY

The First Level Clerks of Court Association of the Philippines (FLECCAP), Inc. will hold its Convention and Seminar on 27 to 29 November 2018 in General Santos City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the convention and seminar on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is prior permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and that there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

The authority shall be for three (3) days only including travel time.

Atty. Dante Gil D. Gumpal, National President of FLECCAP, shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, a report on the convention and seminar with a complete list of the attendees within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
