TO: NATIONAL OFFICERS OF THE COURT LEGAL RESEARCHERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (CLERAP)

SUBJECT:

MEETING ON JULY 23, 2004 AT THE OFFICE OF THE CLERIC OF COURT, REGIONAL TRIAL COURT, QUEZON CITY

The Court Legal Researchers Association of the Philippines (CLERAP) will hold a meeting on the national officers on July 23, 2004 at the Office of the Clerk of Court, Regional Trial Court, Quezon City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend and meeting and their attendance shall be considered on OFFICIAL TIME prescribed that then is prior written permission from Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

A report on the attendance of those who attended the meeting shall be submitted to this office within ten (10) days from the date of the meeting.
