SUBJECT:

BOARD MEETING ON FEBRUARY 19 TO 20, 2009 AT THE HALLS OF JUSTICE, CEBU CITY

The National Officers and Board of Directors of the Philippine Association of Court Employees (PACE) will hold its Board Meeting on February 19-20, 2009 at the Halls of Justice, Cebu City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Atty. Virginia R. Coloma-Rafael, National President of the Association shall submit to this Office a report within ten (10) days from the date of the meeting.
