TO : THE NATIONAL OFFICERS OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT SOCIAL WORKERS, INC. (PACSWI)

SUBJECT : SECOND NATIONAL BOARD MEETING ON NOVEMBER 8 AND 9, 2012 IN BACOLOD CITY

The National Board of Officers of the Philippine Association of Court Social Workers, Inc. (PACSWI) will hold its second board meeting for the year 2012 on November 8 and 9, 2.012 in Bacolod City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the board meeting on OFFICIAL TIME provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Ms. Preciousa Castillo-Macapuso, National President of the Association, shall submit a report (including the complete list of the officers who attended the board meeting) to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the board meeting.
