SUBJECT : SUSPENSION OF ATTY. MANUEL P. TEOXON FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW FOR THREE (3) YEARS

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the Decision dated 21 November 2017 of the Court En Banc in Administrative Case No. 5573, entitled "Gizale O. Tumbaga, Complainant v. Atty. Manuel P. Teoxon, Respondent" to wit:

WHEREFORE, the Court finds respondent Atty. Manuel P. Teoxon GUILTY of gross immorality and is hereby SUSPENDED from the practice of law for a period of three (3) years effective upon notice hereof, with a STERN WARNING that a repetition of the same or similar offense shall be punished with a more severe penalty.

Per Registry Return Receipt No. 3569, respondent received a copy of the Decision dated 21 November 2017 on 29 January 2018.
