TO: ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURT CLERKS OF COURT ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES

TURN-OVER CEREMONIES ON FEBRUARY 28, 2008 and 1 st BOARD MEETING ON FEBRUARY 29,2008

The new set of National Officers and Members of the Board of Trustees of the Regional Trial Court Clerks of Court Association of the Philippines (RTC-COCAP) will take their oath of office before the Honorable Chief Justice Reynato S. Puno on 28 February 2008 and will hold its 1 st Board Meeting on 29 February 2008.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said ceremony and meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/ Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Atty. Remiebel U. Mondia, National President of the Association is hereby directed to submit a report to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of the meeting.
