SUBJECT:

PROVINCIAL CONVENTION AND ECHO SEMINAR ON THE CODE OF CONDUCT OF COURT EMPLOYEES ON JULY 15, 2005 AT THE SESSION HALL OF THE RTC, BRANCH 30, DUMAGUETE CITY

The Officers and Members of the Court Stenographic Reporters Association of the Philippines (COSTRAPHIL), Negros Oriental Chapter will hold its Provincial Convention and Echo Seminar on the Code of Conduct of Court Employees on July 15, 2005 Hall of RTC, Branch 3 0, Dumaguete City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend said seminar on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Ms. Arlene A. Diaz, President, COSTRAPHIL NEGOR Chapter, shall submit to this Office a report on the attendance within ten (10) days from the date of the seminar.
