AUTHORIZING THE PARTICIPATION OF TWO SUPREME COURT PERSONNEL TO THE ADB-SPONSORED COUNTRY PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION AND ADMINISTRATIVE SEMINAR

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) reserved two slots for the Supreme Court for the ADB-sponsored Country Project Implementation and Administrative Seminar in Cebu City from October 22-31. Costs incurred relative to the seminar shall be borne by the ADB. In view of the relevance of this seminar to the efficient and effective implementation of the ADB T A to Strengthen Judicial Independence and to build in-house capacity, the following Supreme Court personnel are hereby authorized to participate in the said training:

Participation of the above personnel in the said training shall be on official time. The Personnel Development Committee shall be provided a copy of this Administrative Order for its information and appropriate action.
