SUBJECT:

REGULAR MONTHLY/CONSULTATIVE MEETING ON 26 AUGUST 2011 AT 11:00 O'CLOCK IN THE MORNING IN CARAMOAN, CAMARINES SUR

The Officers and Directors of the Philippine Judges Association (PJA) will hold its Regular Monthly/Consultative Meeting on 26 August 2011 at 11:00 O'Clock in the morning in Caramoan, Camarines Sur.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the meeting on OFFICIAL TIME, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their court calendars are properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Eugene C. Paras, Secretary-General of the Association is hereby directed to submit to the Court Management Office, OCA a report regarding the meeting within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the said event.
