TO: ALL OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDGES ASSOCIATION

SUBJECT:

REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING ON MARCH 26, 2004 AT 11:00 A.M. AT THE MANOR, CAMP JOHN HAY, BAGUIO CITY

The Philippine Judges Association will hold its regular monthly meeting of officers and directors on March 26, 2004 at 11:00 o'clock in the morning at the Manor Hotel, Camp John Hay, Baguio City.

Attendance at the said meeting shall be on OFFICIAL TlME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available and all concerned should see to it that the court calendar is properly managed arid parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

A complete report on the attendance shall be submitted to this office within ten (10) days from date of the said meeting.
