ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE COURT STENOGRAPHIC REPORTERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (COSTRAPHIL), INC., MINDANAO CHAPTER

SUBJECT:

1ST COSTRAPHIL-MINDANAO CONGRESS/SEMINAR ON 28 TO 29 OCTOBER 2010 AT THE BALANGHAI HOTEL AND CONVENTION CENTER, DOONGAN, BUTUAN CITY

The officers and members of the Court Stenographic Reporters Association of the Philippines (COSTRAPHIL), Inc., Mindanao Chapter will hold its 1st COSTRAPHIL Mindanao Congress/Seminar on 28 to 29 October 2010 at the Balanghai Hotel and Convention Center, Doongan, Butuan City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said event on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided further that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Ms. Gertrudes D. Fajardo, Vice-President COSTRAPHIL, Inc. for Mindanao shall submit to the Court Management Office, OCA a report within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the event.
