ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE METROPOLITAN AND CITY JUDGES ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (MeTCJAP)

SUBJECT:

12TH NATIONAL CONVENTION/SEMINAR ON SEPTEMBER 21 TO 24, 2010 AT THE MANILA HOTEL, ROXAS BOULEVARD, MANILA

The Metropolitan and City Judges Association of the Philippines (MeTCJAP) will hold its 12th National Convention/Seminar on September 21 to 24, 2010 at the Manila Hotel, Roxas Boulevard, Manila.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said convention on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Maria Zoraida S. Zabat Tuazon, Secretary-General of the Association shall submit a report to the Court Management Office, OCA within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the convention.
