TO: ALL JUDGES AND CLERKS OF COURT OF THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS

AMENDMENT TO OCA CIRCULAR NO. 12-2006

Pursuant to OCA Circular No. 12-2006 dated January 27, 2006 , you are directed to furnish the accused and/or his counsel copy of the minutes of the proceedings every after hearing of their case(s).

However, court orders issued at the end of each proceeding already covers what had transpired during the court session.

In view thereof, you may furnish the accused and/or his/her counsel at the end of each proceeding, a copy of the court order containing all that have transpired in the court session instead of the minutes of the proceedings.

Strict compliance with this circular is hereby enjoined.
