AMENDMENT OF THE REVISED RULE ON SUMMARY PROCEDURE.

The Supreme Court En-Bane issued a Resolution dated 12 November 2002 in A.M. No. 02-11-09-SC, RE: Amendment of the Revised Rule on Summary Procedure, amending Section l.A(2) to read as follows:

"(2) All other cases, except probate proceedings, where the total amount of the plaintiffs claim does not exceed one hundred thousand pesos (P100,000.00) or, two hundred thousand pesos (P200,000.00) in Metropolitan Manila, exclusive of interest and costs."

The amendment shall take effect on November 25,2002 following the publication of the Resolution in a newspaper of general circulation.
