Demetria, Chairman, Sub-Committee 5, Government of the Republic of the Philippines Negotiation Panel for the Peace Talks with the Southern Philippine Autonomous Groups (GRP SPAG) on Judiciary and Shariah Law, the following are hereby authorised to attend the negotiation-dialogue on JANUARY 17 - 19, 1994, in Marawi City on OFFICIAL TIME, as . resource persons, being knowledgeable of the cultural and. . historical background of the Muslim and Christian relation in the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao:

Conformably with the letter of Undersecretary Demetria, expenses for their trip shall be borne by the Panel's fund.
