SUBJECT

: SEMINAR - WORKSHOP ON TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT IN COURTS ON MAY 15, 1997 IN SURIGAO CITY

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA) in coordination with the Institute of Judicial Administration (IJA), will conduct a seminar-workshop on " Total Quality Management In courts (TQM)" for all judges, clerks of court, branch clerks of court and legal researchers of Agusan del Norte and Sur, Surigao del Norte and Sur, Butuan City, Surigao City and Southern Leyte on May 15, 1997.

The judges and court personnel concerned are authorized to attend the seminar-workshop on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is no disruption of the court calendar and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten(10) days from date of the seminar-workshop.
