SUBJECT:

BOARD MEETING ON OCTOBER 3, 2003 at 10:00 AM. AT THE HALL OF JUSTICE, ECOLAND DAVAO CITY

The Process Servers Association of the Pliilippines (PROSAPHIL) will hold its Board Meeting on October 3, 2003 at 10:00 AM. at the Hall of Justice, Ecoland, Davao City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available subject to prior written permission of their respective Executive/Presiding Judges and their attendance thereat shall not disrupt the court calendar.

A complete report on the attendance shall be submitted to this office within ten (10) days from date of the said assembly.
