TO : THE NATIONAL OFFICERS AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE FIRST LEVEL CLERKS OF COURT ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (FLECCAP)

SUBJECT : NATIONAL BOARD MEETING ON 19 TO 20 MAY 2016 IN PUERTO PRINCESA, PALAWAN

The national officers and board of directors of the First Level Clerks of Court Association of the Philippines (FLECCAP) will hold their board meeting on 19 to 20 May 2016 in Puerto Princesa, Palawan.

In connection therewith, the following FLECCAP national officers and board of directors are hereby authorized to attend the board meeting, on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is prior permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and that there shall be no disruption of the court calendar:
