SUBJECT :

PREPARATORY MEETINGS ON 28 AND 29 NOVEMBER 2011 REGARDING THE SCOPHIL'S 17TH NATIONAL CONVENTION

The Sheriffs Confederation of the Philippines, Inc. (SCOPHIL) intends to hold its 17th National Convention on the first or second quarter of 2013 in Baguio City.

In connection therewith, the following officers of the SCOPHIL will conduct preparatory meetings with the local chapter of Baguio City on 28 and 29 November 2011:

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the preparatory meetings on OFFICIAL TIME provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Mr. Fernando R. Regino, Secretary General of the SCOPHIL, shall submit to the Court Management Office, OCA, a report within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the meetings.
