TO: ALL JUDGES AND COURT PERSONNEL (WHO ARE IBP MEMBERS) OF THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS IN THE WESTERN MINDANAO REGION

SUBJECT : INTEGRATED BAR OF THE PHILIPPINES WESTERN MINDANAO REGIONAL CONVENTION ON 21-23 JUNE 2018 AT THE ROYAL GARDEN HOTEL BALLROOM, BURGOS STREET, OZAMIZ CITY

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Western Mindanao Region will hold a Regional Convention on 21 to 23 June 2018 (Thursday, Friday and Saturday), at the Royal Garden Hotel Ballroom, Burgos Street, Ozamiz City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the convention on 21-22 June 2018 (Thursday and Friday), on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are duly notified of any cancelled hearings.

The participants shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, their respective certificates of attendance within ten (10) days from their receipt thereof.

This Circular amends OCA Circular No. 51-2018 dated 13 March 2018.
