GENERAL LAW PRACTICE INSTITUTE TO BE HELD ON AUGUST 15, 16 AND 17, 1996, IN OZAMIS CITY

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines, Misamis Occidental Chapter, will co-sponsor with, the U. P, Law Center Institute of Judicial Administration, a General Law Practice Institute for all IBP Chapters in the provinces of Zamboanga del Sur, Zaraboanga del Norte, Lanao del Norte, Lanao del Sur, Misamis Oriental, Misamis Occidental, North and South Cotabato, to be held on August 15, 16 and 17, 1996 , in Ozamis City .

The judges, clerks of court and branch clerks of court are hereby authorized to attend the seminar on OFFICIAL TIME / OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is no disruption of the court calendar and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing..

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from date of the institute.
