TO: ALL COURT STENOGRAPHERS IN THE PROVINCE OF CAVITE

SUBJECT: GENERAL ASSEMBLY ON NOVEMBER 25, 2005, 2005 AT TAGAYTAY CITY

The Court Stenographic Reporters Association of the Philippines (COSTRAPHIL), Cavite Chapter will hold a General Assembly on November 25,2005 at Tagaytay City .

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Mr. Cesar C. Calpo, President, Cavite Chapter, COSTRAPHIL, shall submit to this Office a report on the attendance of those who fended the convention within ten (10) days from the date of the meeting.

This amends OCA Circular No. 86-2005 dated August 22, 2005.
