TO: ALL PRESIDING JUDGES AND CLERKS OF COURT OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS

SUBJECT:

SUBMISSION OF COPIES OF FINAL ORDERS, DECISIONS, WARRANT OF ASSETS AND FILE PHOTOGRAPHS INVOLVING CASES OF ILLEGAL RECRUITMENT

Pursuant to OCA Circular No. 18-2002 dated June 20, 2002 , you are directed to submit to the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) copies of the following:

Copies of final orders and decisions involving cases of illegal recruitment;

Copies of warrants of arrests issued against accused illegal recruiters who remain at.large or who jumped bail;

If available, a Copy of the file photograph of the accused.

We have received report from the POEA that there are some courts who do not comply with above directive.

Henceforth, you are hereby reminded to comply with the directive in Circular No. 18-2002 by furnishing the POEA with copies of the above mentioned orders, decisions and warrants of arrests and photograph of the accused, if available.
