Objective : To facilitate the proper identification and monitoring of Excise Tax on Mineral and Mineral Products, the following ATCs are hereby modified: EXISTING (per ATC Handbook) MODIFIED/NEW BIR Form ATC Description Tax Legal ATC Description Tax No. Rate Basis Rate 2200-M/0605 XM030 Tax on Gold and 2% Section XM040 Tax on Gold and 2% chromite 18 of RA chromite No. 9337 XM040 Tax on Copper and 2% Section XM030 Tax on Copper and 2% 2200-M/0605 other metallic 18 of RA other metallic minerals No. 9337 minerals II.
