SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW FOR THREE (3) MONTHS OF ATTY. LUISITO MIRADOR

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the portion of the Resolution of the Third Division dated 02 July 2008, in Administrative Case No. 7724 [Formerly CBD Case No. 06-1754] entitled, "Rosa Tendenilla vs. Atty. Luisito Mirador", to wit:

"Acting on the complaint against respondent, the Court further resolves to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law and recommendation of the Investigating Commissioner in the attached Report and Recommendation dated 09 May 2007 as approved with modification by the Board of Governors of the IBP in its Board Resolution No. XVII-2007- 274 dated 26 June 2007 . Accordingly, respondent is SUSPENDED from' the practice of law for three (3) months for negligence as notary public."

Atty. Luisito Mirador received the Resolution on 13 August 2008 per Registry Return Receipt No. 14017.
