Clearly responsible are the established facts that the demanded money from his client for a bogus reason, misappropriated the same, and then issued a fake receipt to hide his dead.xxx

Respondent's acts are more despicable. Not only did he misappropriate the money entrusted to him; he also faked a reason to cajole his client to part with his money. Worse, he and the gall to falsify an official receipt of this Court to cover up his misdeeds. Clearly, he does not deserve to continue being a member of the bar.

WHERFORE, Primo R. Nalzoda is hereby DISBARRED. The Office of the Clerk of Court is directed to strike out of his name from the Roll of Attorneys and inform all courts of this Decision."
