SUSPENSION OF ATTY. CRISANTO P. REALUBIN FROM PRACTICE OF LAW FOR SIX MONTHS

Qouted hereunder for the information and guidance of all concerned, is the dispositive portion of the decision of the Third Division in A. C. No. 1955 (NAPOLEON R. GONZAGA and RICARDO R. GONZAGA, Complaints versus ATTY. CRISANTO P. REALUBIN, Respondent), dated March 14, 1995, to wit:

"ACCORDINGLY, the Court Resolved to SUSPEND respondent Atty. Crisanto P. Realubin from the practice of law for a period of six (6) months commencing upon receipt of this Resolution. Copies of this Resolution shall be distributed to the courts and to the Bar Confidant and shall be spread on the personal record of respondent."
