TO: CLERKS OF COURTS AND OFFICERS-IN-CHARGE OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS

SUBJECT:

NATIONAL BIENNIAL CONVENTION AND SEMINAR WORKSHOP ON 18 to 20 MAY 2005 AT JORDAN, GUIMARAS

The RTC Clerks of Court Association of the Philippines will hold its Biennial Convention and Seminar-Workshop at Jordan , Guimaras on 18 to 20 May 2005.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend said seminar on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar,

Atty. Ildefonso M. Villanueva, Jr., President of the Association shall submit to this Office a report on the attendance within ten (10) days from the date of the seminar.
