TO : THE OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDGES ASSOCIATION

SUBJECT : REGULAR MONTHLY MEETINGS ON 28 AND 29 APRIL 2016 AT THE ORIENTAL HOTEL, MARIVELES, BATAAN

The officers and directors of the Philippine Judges Association (PJA) will hold their regular monthly meetings on 28 and 29 April 2016 at the Oriental Hotel, Mariveles, Bataan.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the meetings on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are duly notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Racquelen Abary-Vasquez, Secretary General of the PJA, shall submit a report of the meetings with the complete list of all the judges who attended to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
