CONCERNED OFFICERS OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT EMPLOYEES (PACE)

SUBJECT:

ORGANIZING CHAPTERS AND ACTIVATING LOCAL CHAPTERS

OCA Circular No. 01-2010 dated 07 January 2010 authorizes the officers of the Philippine Association of Court Employees (PACE) to organize PACE local chapters in areas within the country which have not yet been organized and to activate those already inactive as provided by its amended by-laws starting on January 8, 2010 and every Fridays thereafter or up to February 26, 2010.

In connection therewith, the following additional officers are hereby authorized to take turns in going to different areas within their respective concerns on OFFICIAL TIWIE provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar, to wit:

1.Elizabeth L. Fernandez

RTC, Br. 30, Tagum City

2.Evangeline Corpus

RTC, Br. 44, Manila

3.Eric Bacho

MeTC, Caloocan City

4.Lucas E, Eje

RTC, Paranaque City

Atty. Virginia R. Coloma-Rafael, National President of the Association shall submit a report on the activities to the Court Management Office a report within ten (10) days from the completion of the activity.
