TO : THE OFFICERS AND THE MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT EMPLOYEES (PACE)

SUBJECT: SILVER (25th) ANNIVERSARY AND GENERAL ASSEMBLY ON OCTOBER 16 TO 19, 2013 AT THE RIZAL MEMORIAL SPORTS COMPLEX, MALATE, MANILA

The Philippine Association of Court Employees (PACE) will celebrate its Silver (25 lh) Anniversary and hold a General Assembly on October 16 to 19, 2013 (Wednesday to Saturday) at the Rizal Memorial Sports Complex, Mai ate, Manila.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the events on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is a prior permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

The authority shall be for three (3) days only (October 16 to 18, 2013) including travel time.

Atty. Virginia R. Coloma-Rafael, National President of the Association, shall submit a report regarding the conduct of the events (including the complete list of all the court personnel who attended the activities) to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.

This circular amends OCA Circular No. 30-2013 dated February 28, 2013.
